FAQ
- How do I sync my Outlook calendar to Gmail?
Connecting your Google and Outlook calendars is fairly simple, but you need to have a Google Workspace business-level subscription to set it up.
- How do I make my Gmail look like Outlook?
Setting up Gmail so it looks more like Outlook requires making several adjustments, each taking multiple steps. Add a reading pane, include a calendar view in your inbox, create an email signature, create task lists for yourself, turn on keyboard shortcuts, and (optionally) list messages separately.
- How do I export my Outlook contacts into Gmail?
Importing Outlook contacts to Gmail can be done directly through your Gmail account, so long as you know the Outlook.com email address. However, the process can only be performed through the desktop version of Gmail (i.e. not the mobile app).
